Background
Purchased this car 15 years ago in Anaheim, California. It was in very rough shape. We brought it out here and it was wrapped up in ropes to hold it together for shipment to Canada. The motor was separate and put into the back of a pickup truck. Another car like this was bought in Steinback, Manitoba. This was used as parts to complete the restoration of this car.

Background
No back seat in the businessman's coupe. This car was purchased in Tsawwassen, British Columbia from the original owner who owned a Dairy farm. Only a few minor repairs done. The upholstery is all original.

BACKGROUND
This convertible was originally purchased from Binkley Chrysler in Brandon, Manitoba. The owner lived in the Yukon Territories. The car was in the Yukon for a number of years when it was brought to Westbank in the Okanagan valley. The car was sold to us because the owner felt the car would be well taken care of. The car was bought as is and was not restored in our shop.

BACKGROUND
This car is extremely rare as it is the first year of the Meteor in Canada. It was found in a field near Grand Beach in Manitoba. Other parts were found as far away as Peli Crossing in the Yukon. The chrome in the Yukon was in very good shape as the chrome does not pit as quickly out there. It is an exact 49 Meteor except for the door handles that are from a 1950.

This car was purchased 35 years ago from a Ukranian Woman in Richmond, BC. It was purchased for $500. and was driven home to Maple Ridge and then driven back and forth to work until it was brought to Summerland and completely restored.
