BACKGROUND
This car was the car Garnet Nixdorf personally purchased in 1956 at the age of 22. It was featured at Fog Motors in New Westminister at a cost of $5200 plus the California Special continental kit was installed at an additional $300 for a total of $5500. Once Garnet saw this car at the auction in Toronto and confirmed it was his car from 1956 he went out there and bought it. The car was purchased at an auction in Toronto, Ontario in 1995. It was the feature car in the auction brochure due to its rare options and complete restoration.
